Our Warranty Says it All
For more than 34 years we’ve been designing, engineering, and manufacturing fiber optic telecommunications equipment, so we know a thing or two about quality and durability. It is this commitment to quality that allows us to stand behind our products with industry leading warranties.
Our products are built to last, so you’ll find that many of our products carry a limited LIFETIME warranty. We simply state that our Fiber Optic Link systems are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the LIFE OF THE PRODUCT.
We can offer this warranty because:
- We have total confidence in our quality
- We understand how safety and reliability impact the total cost of ownership and ROI
- We know that customer support extends beyond the initial sale, so we stand behind ALL our products
- Most of our products are manufactured and serviced in the United States

Extend Contact Closure up to 62 miles over Fiber
RLH Fiber Optic Links are industry proven Copper-to-Fiber transport systems engineered to provide reliable network performance in harsh environments.
Our Contact Closure over Fiber systems not only offer flexibility in the number of independent signals transmitted, but also in the style of optical transceivers used, bi-directional capability, contact type and alarm options. These systems can provide transmission of up to 8 independent input signals over fiber optic cable.
Applications include alarm event triggering, building automation, environmental control systems, fire & alarm systems, gate control, traffic signal control equipment, and more. Fiber optic cable is immune to RF noise, EMI, high voltages, and can extend the signal up to 100km.
A complete system typically requires a Transmitter and Receiver, a DC power source, and for models with SFP style optics, a compatible SFP transceiver for the fiber interface.
They feature a wide operating temperature, redundant power terminals, and LED indicators that provide a convenient view of the system’s status. These hardened systems can be wall or DIN rail mounted with the included DIN clip and wall mount ears.
Our Contact Closure systems are made here in our California factory and backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
We put together a brief video demonstrating the basic operation of the Contact Closure system.

Safely and securely house DIN rail mounted equipment
The RLH DIN Rail Housing is designed as a convenient way to house DIN rail mounted equipment and still be able to view equipment configuration, status lights, breaker positions or other items without having to open the door.
Designed for either wall or rack mounting, the industrial housing is made from powder coated steel with a hinged, finger-safe access door secured with a quarter turn latch. For additional access control, an optional key locking latch is also available.
The 15.8” section of standard 35mm DIN rail provides plenty of room for mounting equipment. Multiple cable openings on the sides and bottom allow for easy cable routing, and plastic cable guides are provided to manage copper and fiber cables into and out of the housing.
The housing may be ordered pre-configured with a 150 Watt AC/DC Power Supply system for either 24VDC or 48VDC applications. The power supply is pre-mounted on the DIN rail and pre-wired with a breaker, terminal blocks, and a six foot AC power cord.
Our DIN rail housings are quality made in the USA. To see more, we’ve put together a brief video demonstrating the basic features.
